|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment — Beautiful place to live have access to your mailbox on site the apartments are like new and it’s a gated community all of amenities to such as an outdoor pool, business center, Fitness room, beautiful clean gym and a small room for children if the valued resident has any children I would highly recommend Arwen Vista to a family member or a close friend.
|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — Arwen Vista has a very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you drive onto the property. Surrounded by well maintained grounds and landscaping that adds to the beauty. Due to Covid 19, there has not been much opportunity to inter-act with neighbors, but everyone seems very friendly and respectful of the property and each other. The office staff is very friendly and eager to help. There is a peacefulness that I am enjoying living here. The construction is so solid, that I cannot hear my neighbors music, tv, conversations etc. I love having my morning coffee on my patio and the convenience of having a washer driver inside my apartment makes life just a little easier. Very pleased

|Recommended: YesClean well maintained property — I have lived at this property for 2 years. they have clean well maintained exterior housekeeping. My only recent issue is not being able to speak with someone on at the property via phone. Maintenance people are visible on the property. they handle maintenance calls within 24 hours.
